Every proverb has an equal and opposite proverb….2 sides of the same coin.

1)  Something is better than nothing…………Nothing is better than useless.

2)  All good things come to those who wait….. Time and tide wait for none.

3)  Doubt is the beginning of wisdom…..faith will move mountains.

4)  Practice makes you perfect…… all work and no play makes you a dull boy.

5)  Look before you leap…….strike while the iron is hot.

6)  Wise men think alike……fools seldom differ.

7)  Great starts make great finishes……it isn’t over till its over.

8)  Do it well or not at all…..half a loaf is better than none.

9)  Too many cooks spoil the broth….many hands make work lighter

10)                    You are never too old to learn….you can’t teach an old dog new tricks.
