How do you change…?
When
you feel depressed, sing your favorite song.
When
you feel sad, just laugh at the problems.
When
you feel fear, just plunge ahead.
When
you feel inferior, wear new garments.
When
you feel uncertain, raise your voice (others will feel you are confident)
When
you feel poor, think of the wealth that is to come.
When
you feel incompetent, think of the past successes.
When
you feel insignificant, think of your goals.
Remember….you have to be the master of your own emotions
